Session 1-Intro, group agreements, get to know you activities, being respectful about gender, begin reproductive and sexual anatomy parts overview--includes review of menstrual products
Session 2--Continue repro/sexual anatomy, overview of sperm production, anatomy model activity, feelings people have about their bodies during puberty
Session 3--Body image/Self esteem/Attraction We will focus on body image and the feelings we have attached to our bodies, and explore how that relates to self-esteem. We will also explore what attraction is, how it feels, and the different things/people who can influence attraction. Digital literacy skills will be incorporated including impacts of social media on body image/self esteem.
